Non-toxic Environment
It is almost impossible to live in a non-toxic environment. No matter where we live or how careful we are, we can't avoid environmental toxins. They are in the air we breath, the food we eat and the water we drink. When we are exposed to toxins or pollutants our cells produce free radicals. Free radicals are unstable chemical s formed in the body and we are constantly being exposed to increasing amounts of free radicals production due to increasing environmental toxins in our living and working environment. In excess, free radicals damage and kill normal healthy cells.
We need to ensure we have sufficient antioxidants in our diet or supplementation program to keep free radicals at acceptable levels.
