Gluconutrients

Some gluconutrients (glyconutrients) supplements can be found in health food shops or through product distributors. Some products contain only a particular gluconturient eg glucosamine which is useful for joint conditions - damage and inflammation - whilst other products contain more of the gluconutrients. The greater the number of the eight essential gluconutrients you can supply your body the less work it will have to do in trying to make the missing ones.

Look for gluconutrients supplements that are high quality and contain as many of the 'essential eight' as possible at adequate levels. It is also important to ensure that products contain standardised and stabilised gluconutrients, made from plant sources.

There is a range of suppliers of gluconutrients. Most supply products with only one or two of the essential glyconutrients, but with other non-essential gluconutrients. Some products contain only non-essential gluconutrients. These non-essential glyconutrients do have benefits but are not as far-reaching or as dramatic as the eight essential gluconutrients. Where the gluconutrients have proven benefit they are called nutraceutics.

Mannatech Ambrotose promotes good health and general well being. Carbohydrates are involved in many aspects of immune system function, including non-specific defences, macrophage activation, and cell tissue migration.

Ambrotose complex represents a breakthrough technology that captures key plant nutrients and delivers them to the body's cells to help the body nourish, control, and protect its cells and allow effective cell-to-cell communication. This allows your body to stay at its highest level of wellness. Ambrotose contains all eight essential gluconutrients and the revolutionary manufacturing process ensures our bodies receive the full benefits of these essential sugars. Ambrotose is available from Mannatech in a power or a capsule and is a highly recommended nutritional supplement.
