Natural Killer Cells
Killer cells act differently to macrophages. Instead of ingesting microbes, killer cells kill them by dissolving the target cell's cytoplasm with enzymes. Like macrophages, killer cells patrol the tissues to ensure their health, but they malfunction in many illnesses including AIDS, chronic fatigues syndrome, and cancer.
Glyconutrients cause the number and activity of natural killer cells to increase significantly.
