I have been taking 2 scoops, 4 times per day. I have been taking Ambrotose for 4 months and am off most of my medication and have not felt this good for 20 years. I am going to increase dosage to 3 scoops 6 times per day for the next 3 months. Then cut back to 2 scoops 4 X per day. It is important to take Catalyst 2 X 2--AO 1 X 2--and PLUS 2 X 3 per day. this will nourish, protect, and defend the cells. I went on a super healthy diet for 1 month----No animal Protein,[eat soy} No Dairy [ soy products] Soy milk, No sugar or white stuff. You can eat lots of fresh vegetables and veggie products. Also break one Immuno Start in half and let dissolve in mouth at least 30 min. before breakfast and dinner. 4 scoops = 1 tsp. Taking it often helps keep it in your system.

Good Luck Carol

Sounds like a complicated routine to remember, however I'm glad that it is working for you and that is the important part.

Himalayan Goji Juice from what I've heard works well with Fibromyalgia.  3-4 ounces in the morning and 3-4 ounces 12 hours later.  If after 90 days you are seeing no improvement you can return the empty bottles and get your money back.

For more information feel free to e-mail me.
